The associated financial options provide clients with the on-the-scope flexibility of your involvement in the facility management program. Contracts are generally recommended for a minimum of five years but are oriented to a long-term relationship with our clients so that we can best cater it to your interest.

Each contract is developed with consideration of its individual needs, and can be either:

• Fixed Management fee (Monthly, Quarterly or Annual basis)
• Lump Sum
• Contract Basis
• Performance Related Fee
• Combination of the above
